Laundromat FAQ

Our laundromat is open 7:00 am - 11:00 pm. Last wash is at 10:00 pm.

Our machines take coins, credit cards, apple pay and android pay.

We have attendants in store from 8:30 am to 11:00 pm who can answer any questions you may have. 

Absolutely! We have 40 pound and extra-large 80-pound washers that can wash your bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags. We also have 75-pound dryers for large items. 

Wash and Fold Questions

You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. 

There is a $25 minimum for wash and fold orders.

We have a one day turnaround time for wash and fold orders. You will receive a text message when your laundry is ready for pickup. 

We use only premium brand products when we launder your clothes. But you can upgrade to Tide or Gain for a small fee. You are also allowed to bring in your own detergent for us to use.

Never. We never mix your laundry with another customer's laundry. We know that this can lead to mix-ups and cross contamination.

Pickup and Delivery Questions

We offer our pickup and delivery services seven days a week.

If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $2.15 a pound. If you want same day service, it is $3.55 a pound and must be picked up by noon.

Your washed and folded clothes will be returned to you the day after we pick them up.

We automatically hang up collared shirts and pants. Everything else is neatly folded and wrapped in plastic. 

Simply click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information. It usually takes less than two minutes to sign up. 

We recommend using a laundry bag or a sturdy trash bag that can be cinched shut so nothing spills out. 

We cannot accept laundry in a laundry basket. 

When you place your order, there is a section called "Preferences". You can let us know there if you have any special instructions. These will be saved and done each time you place an order with us.

When you place your order, we ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order has been completed. 

You do not. Just let us know in the Driver's Notes where you will be leaving your laundry bags, so we know where to find them. 

If you are not going to be home for a scheduled pickup, you can go into your account and suspend your service until you return.

You do not. There is no long-term commitment, and you can cancel service at any time. We are confident that you will stay with us as long as we continue to provide you with excellent service.
